The Kingston Room on the Second Floor of the hotel is capable of having meetings of up to 20 delegates.
The Kingston Room has a projector, screen, complimentary wifi, and food and beverage options. The room has a large window which allows for natural light to come in.
We are also committed to hosting Green meetings.
We compost in the O Cafe and Bistro’s kitchen, recycle, and use Eco Friendly cleaning products. Our signature infused water is provided for meetings rather than bottled water. Certified fair trade organic coffee and teas are used exclusively throughout the hotel. Cloth napkins or 100% recycled paper napkins used for all meetings and events.
